This year, we are once again collaborating with the this human world film festival as part of our Our Game for Human Rights project.
The film "5 nanomolo - Il sogn olimpico di una donna trans", which tells the story of Valentina Petrillo (who is also a testimonial in our Rising Together campaign within the project Sport for all Genders and Sexualities), will be shown.

This documentary follows the life of Valentina Petrillo, a Paralympic athlete who lives with visual impairments. Her goal is to be the first transgender woman to compete for Italy in the women's category at the 2021 Paralympics in Tokyo. After her transition in 2019, Valentina fought determinedly for the right to compete in this category. The film explores her journey, including the controversies it provokes, and shows her inspiring mission to overcome societal norms and realise her dream.
Followed by a Q&A with the protagonist Valentina Petrillo and the director Elisa Mereghetti.
