Multiplier workshops for adults
In the fairplay multiplier workshop, participants receive practical suggestions for their work with children and young people in sports. Theoretical basics, case studies and field reports are developed in the group. The focus is on practical exercises for everyday training. Opportunities and barriers in dealing with intercultural teams are reflected upon.
Emphasis can be placed on the following contents:
Intercultural competence in sports
Opportunities and problems in working with intercultural teams are reflected in the group:
- What happens when children from different backgrounds participate in sports together?
- What role does the trainer play in integration processes?
- What resources and methods are available to me as a trainer?
The workshop offers assistance with topics such as team building, language barriers, nutritional habits, physicality and conflict resolution. Participants will learn methods and approaches that promote collaborative activity among children and youth. In the process, participants increase their knowledge of diversity and expand their practical repertoire of actions through interactive games and exercises.
Anti-discrimination
Teaching important terminology (racism, discrimination, prejudice, stereotypes, refugee, migrant, homophobia, etc.) and showing examples.
Homophobia and LGBTQ
Here the participants are introduced to the contents of homophobia and gender. The goal is to promote diversity.
Movement methods and games
