Trainings for sport clubs

Why and how to take action against discrimination?

You are a diverse sports club and want everyone to feel welcome, no matter where they come from or what skin color, sexual orientation or gender? Is sexism, homophobia or racism an issue with you? You want to open up to broader populations? If one or the other of these applies, then the fairplay trainings are right for you: in one and a half hours we create awareness and work out concrete steps for a more diverse sports club together with you.

The fairplay trainings are short and concrete - in 1.5 hours we discuss the topics of discrimination and inequality in sports, as well as the importance of diversity in the club and the challenges and potentials that come along with it.

Goals

The basic trainings create awareness, take responsibility for clubs and give them tools. And all this in dialogue with and including the experiences of the participants.
The fairplay trainings should empower sports clubs and their protagonists (officials, trainers, athletes) to act independently and to expand their repertoire of actions in order to counteract exclusion and conflicts. For a club where everyone feels welcome - as active players, volunteers, fans, parents or coaches!
