As in previous tournaments, fairplay is once again organizing the Austrian Fans' Embassy this year, this time at the European Men's Championship in Germany (14 June to 14 July 2024). As a national partner of Football Supporters Europe (FSE), we are working together for the concerns of fans and spectators and for a tournament free of discrimination.

UEFA Declaration of Human Rights and Complaints Mechanism

UEFA, the German Football Association (DFB), the Federal Republic of Germany, the German federal states, the host cities and EURO GmbH have signed a human rights declaration specifically for EURO 2024 with the aim of making the tournament "an event where intolerance, hatred and hate speech have no place. Together, we stand firmly against all forms of human rights violations, racism and anti-Semitism, Islamophobia, sexism, LGBTI+ hatred, homophobic, transphobic and xenophobic acts and any other form of violent, discriminatory or misanthropic attitudes, statements and behavior."

A Grievance Mechanism has been set up to monitor and ensure compliance with the agreed content of the Declaration of Human Rights. All those involved in the EURO (players, volunteers, spectators, employees, etc.) should have an independent, easily accessible, free and confidential tool to report complaints and incidents. The service is available both online and by telephone. REPORT

Especially for fans of the Austrian national team, there is the tried-and-tested form of the fairplay initiative (MELDEN) for reporting possible, experienced or observed cases of discrimination. Both procedures will ensure the documentation of all reported cases beyond the tournament and thus continuously advance the work towards a soccer world based on respect, diversity and anti-discrimination.

Troubleshooting for ticket problems

As paper tickets are no longer available at this European Championship, the most important thing you need is a charged cell phone. Your e-ticket is only available in the official UEFA Mobile Tickets app

If you have problems with the app or cannot access the e-ticket, there is a ticketing center near the stadium that can help you. Before you go there, it is always advisable to take a look at the FAQs, which can be found here: https://support.tickets-mobiletickets.uefa.com/hc/de

Here are the links to the ticketing centers in Düsseldorf and Berlin with exact information on where they are located and their opening hours
