The Who's Who of the Austrian music scene will exchange their instruments for jerseys on September 17 and kick for a good cause at the BAND FUSSBALL CUP 2023 at the traditional club SV Donau. The net proceeds of the main event will go to the Vienna Women's Shelter Association and White Ribbon.

Participants will include well-known personalities such as Chris Steger, the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, Cesar Sampson, Virginia Ernst, Lizz Görgl, Alle Achtung, Gebrüder Moped, Maschek and many others, who will prove to the strict eyes of referees Christopher Seiler and Herbert Prohaska that their hearts are in the right place. The BAND FUSSBALL CUP 2023 (BFC) is not just a fun tournament, but a unique event that combines the diversity of the Austrian music scene with social commitment, violence prevention and female empowerment. "The net proceeds from the Ticktes go directly and in equal parts to the Vienna Women's Shelters Association and White Ribbon, both of which are committed to violence protection and prevention in order to prevent femicides in Austria. The interest in the ticktes is enormous. We are therefore confident of breaking the donation record of 24,000 euros this year," says initiator Roman Gregory.

We at fairplay support the event as part of the Rebels of Change project and are pleased to be involved as partners. The lineup also includes our friends from Esrap, who recorded the song 2049 together with Fred Owusu & SISKA as RoC ambassadors.
