Less4more "Train the Trainers" – Report
Representatives of various partner organizations from Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Tenerife and Hungary, as well as their hand-picked trainers, gathered in Vienna to share their extensive knowledge and valuable experience in the field of women's empowerment through sports activities.
The first day of the event was dedicated to the clarification of key tasks and aspects of the project, which focuses on the empowerment of women in sports. In intensive discussions, goals and target groups were carefully discussed, the elaborated training manual was reviewed and contents and definitions were reflected upon.

Without question, the rousing beach volleyball session at the Beach Volleyball Club Vienna on the beautiful Old Danube was one of the absolute highlights of the "Train the Trainers" event. Here, the participants* not only gained insights into the basics of this fascinating sport, but also learned how to teach these basics effectively. This was followed by a free international workshop that highlighted groundbreaking strategies for promoting female sports participation and provided us with amazing insights.
Broadcaster W24 accompanied us on camera.

At this point we would like to thank our grill master Kerim, who provided our participants with fresh burgers.

On the second day, more highlights awaited us with the Cachibol sessions, led by Mamanet, as well as a gripping introduction to soccer. In both sessions, the participants* not only had the opportunity to be practically active, but also received extremely valuable impulses and insights into club work from a respected Mamanet trainer Sissi and Christina, as well as from our soccer coach Niki Staritz. Finally, all participants gathered for a closing dinner on the Schmelz.
