ballesterer bibliothek #4 – Football city London

The new ballesterer bibliothek begins in the 19th century, when football was invented in London.

In the ballesterer bibliothek, one topic is dealt with particularly intensively and in a more extensive format every year. Issue #4 is dedicated to the football city of London in all its facets on 148 pages. There are portraits of amateur footballers in Regent's Park, record players in national team kit and world champions from the East End. And it's about the gradual demise of the standing terraces and the enduring beauty of Craven Cottage. We are also delighted that our colleague Stefan Belabed has written an article for this bibliothek issue.

The ballesterer bibliothek is included in most ballesterer subscriptions. However, it also makes an excellent gift, as do its predecessors #1 to #3 on the football city of Vienna, Diego Maradona and 50 years of the Bundesliga. You can order here: Store
