Rebels of Change" initiative inspires enthusiasm for the Sustainable Development Goals
Let's create equal opportunities. For all. Protect the planet. For all. Let's create a fair economy. For all.
The Sustainable Development Goals - or SDGs for short - are the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and their purpose is clear: to ensure sustainable development at the economic, social and environmental levels. 17 topics are addressed, from the fight against hunger to gender equality and climate protection measures. Starting in the fall, we will bring young people and their commitment to sustainability before the curtain as part of the Austria-wide initiative "Rebels of Change" and inspire enthusiasm for the Sustainable Development Goals throughout Austria.
The initiative is funded by the Austrian Development Agency and coordinated by Südwind – Verein für Entwicklungspolitik und globale Gerechtigkeit. Significantly involved in the initiative are the Dreikönigsaktion der Katholischen Jungschar, SustainLabel, Naturfreunde International, ÖKOBÜRO – Allianz der Umweltbewegung, the SDG Forum Vorarlberg, the Vienna Institute for International Dialogue and Cooperation (VIDC) as well as Welthaus Österreich.
